Provider
These terms govern your use of Monthly Move, provided by Happy 2 Assist BV, Eindestraat 81, 3650 Dilsen-Stokkem, Belgium, VAT BE 1029.354.496. Contact: hello@monthlymove.com.
The service
Monthly Move is an online AI assisted goal coaching service. It proposes one change per month, tracks progress from data you provide or connect, and reviews the month with you. Suggestions are guidance only and are not medical, financial, legal or other professional advice. You stay responsible for your own decisions. Consult a professional before making health related changes.
Account
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. Keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Team plan owners are responsible for the members they invite.
Plans and prices
Plans are billed monthly in EUR. Prices are shown excluding VAT; VAT is added where applicable. Solo 12 EUR (1 goal), Plus 29 EUR (3 goals, all connectors, priority coaching), Team 99 EUR (up to 10 people). We may change prices with at least 30 days notice by email; the new price applies from your next billing period and you may cancel before it takes effect.
Free trial
Every new subscription starts with a 7 day free trial. A valid payment card is required to start it. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts and the first monthly payment is charged automatically. You can cancel during the trial without any charge.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically every month until cancelled. If a payment fails we may retry and suspend access after reasonable notice.
Cancellation
You can cancel monthly at any time from the customer portal in the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then. Started months are not refunded, except where the law requires it.
Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have a 14 day right of withdrawal under Belgian and EU law. By starting the service during the trial you request immediate performance. If you withdraw after a paid period started, you pay only for the days used.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, overload or reverse engineer it, or use it for unlawful purposes. Public features such as the demo are rate limited. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
Your content and data
You keep all rights to the content and data you add. You give us a limited licence to process it only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy. You can export your data and delete your account at any time.
Availability
We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Connected third party services may change or stop working, which can affect connectors. Manual check-in always remains available.
Liability
We are liable for damage caused by our intent or gross negligence. Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the event, and we are not liable for indirect damage such as lost profit. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory rights as a consumer.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email at least 30 days in advance; if you do not agree you can cancel before they apply.
Applicable law and courts
Belgian law applies. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tongeren (Limburg division), without prejudice to mandatory rules that give consumers the right to go to the court of their place of residence.
